Kesher Rules & Content Standards

• No seductive, inciting, or provocative pictures or videos, including shorts — punishable by deletion of the account or a ban.
• Women must have long sleeves and wear a skirt that comes at least 3 cm below the knees.
• Men, and especially women (higher punishment), are not allowed to act in an inappropriate or seductive manner, or anything that goes even slightly against Torah-kosher hashkafa.
• Women are not allowed to dance. Men may only dance in a way that is not provocative, inciting, or seductive.
• Men must wear a short-sleeve or long-sleeve shirt and shorts or long pants. Boxers only is not allowed. Men are permitted to be without a shirt only if they are in a pool, lake, river, sea, ocean, or any body of water.
• No naked images or videos, including pornography.
• No naked people anywhere on the website.
• No seductive, inciting, or provocative content, or anything related to that area.
• Women are not allowed to have any singing in content or shorts.
• Content, channels, user pictures, and everything on the site may not contain anything that violates the terms above.
• No cursing, bad language, bad words, or overly dirty words — even if the words are theoretically clean but are not given over in a clean, normal way.
• All terms and conditions apply to every part of the website, in all areas.
• Anyone who violates these terms may be subjected to a fine of $500 or more, depending on the violation.

Privacy: Kesher stores your account details, channels, videos, shorts, and watch history so the service can function. Your email is visible only to you. Watch history is kept to personalize your recommendations and cannot be edited by you.
