Content Standards

Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

Content may be removed if it violates these Terms, applicable law, or Kesher's Community Guidelines.

Examples of content that may be subject to enforcement include unlawful content, infringing material, spam, scams, deceptive practices, malicious software, or other content that violates platform policies.

The examples above are not exhaustive.

Content Moderation

Kesher may review reports submitted by users or detect potential policy violations through automated or manual processes.

  • Where permitted by law, Kesher may remove content.
  • Restrict visibility.
  • Apply labels or warnings.
  • Disable certain features.
  • Limit distribution.
  • Suspend accounts.
  • Permanently terminate accounts.

5

Kesher Shield

Kesher Shield is a collection of security and account-protection features intended to help safeguard user accounts and the integrity of the platform.

Kesher Shield may include features such as account verification, suspicious login detection, session management, security notifications, account recovery tools, and other protective technologies.

Although Kesher continually works to improve security, no online service can guarantee complete protection against every unauthorized act or cyber threat.

Users remain responsible for protecting their login credentials and following good security practices.

6

Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of these Terms or other platform policies through Kesher's reporting tools.

Submitting intentionally false, misleading, or abusive reports may itself violate these Terms.

Kesher may prioritize reports based on severity, available evidence, and potential risk to users or the platform.

7

If Kesher reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms or applicable law, Kesher may take one or more enforcement actions, including warnings.

  • Removing content.
  • Restricting certain features.
  • Temporarily suspending accounts.
  • Permanently terminating accounts.
  • Restricting future account creation where appropriate.
  • Taking other reasonable measures necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal rights.

The action taken will generally depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the violation, together with any other relevant circumstances.

8

Appeals

Where Kesher provides an appeals process, users may request that certain moderation or enforcement decisions be reviewed.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a previous decision will be reversed.

Kesher may request additional information during the review process and will consider the available evidence before reaching a final decision.

9

Reservation of Rights

Kesher reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits Kesher's ability to protect its platform, users, intellectual property, systems, or legitimate business interests through lawful means.
